Finding Hope Through Abstraction…

As I continue to grow from past events, I have focused on finding the hope that still remains in my life. For this collection, I reworked past paintings of trying moments in my life to create new compositions that represent hope. These abstract works gleam with elements of gold and pastel colors. The use of the abstract style is to encourage the viewer to look through the layers of the trials and tribulations and create a connection to the over laying elements of hope.
